JSS144 is a premium joint-stabilizing sand, engineered with a precise blend of natural and synthetic materials for lasting strength and durability. Its coarse, angular grains lock pavers, stones, and tiles firmly in place while helping to slow weed growth and minimize ant mound formation.

Free of dyes and encapsulation, JSS144 maintains its natural color while remaining stable against both temperature extremes and chemical exposure. Compatible with two-part urethane sealers such as Cobble Loc, it can be applied by either dry or wet methods to create a secure, long-lasting bond that withstands shifting, erosion, and harsh weather conditions.

Available in four premium colors—Raven Black, Pure Platinum, Siesta Tan, and Glacier White.
