Extractor - Permeable Sealer Stripper & Remover

Extractor is an eco-friendly, low odor liquid formulated with the highest-technology materials and specially designed to remove solvent-based and water-based reactive impregnators, including Surfacelogix Cobble Enhancer and Cobble Impregnator NS, from stone, travertine, and other surfaces. Extractor is ready to use and performs by penetrating and reacting with the impregnator at the surface level and releasing and bringing its residues to the top for easy removal. Extractor works best on cementitious and silica-containing substrates.

Directions

Preparations: Before applying Extractor, ensure all areas not being stripped are fully protected. Do not allow to spill into pools or drains. 

Applications: Stir the product thoroughly before use. Extractor should be applied undiluted directly from the container using a roller, brush, or sprayer. Apply a liberal amount of Extractor to the surface requiring stripping. Work Extractor into grooved areas. Allow Extractor to stand for a minimum of 10-20 minutes. Weather conditions, type of coating being removed, and coating thickness will determine how long Extractor must dwell for stripping action to develop. Usually, 10 minutes is sufficient. After whitening of the surface, begin to pressure wash or brush off the top residue. Finally, rinse with clean water. Ensure that rinse water does not contact areas that have not yet been stripped. When stripping large areas, it is recommended to divide into smaller sections and strip one section at a time, rather than attempting to strip the entire project. Extractor is specially formulated for cementitious and silica-containing substrates.
