Applications

• Intended for concrete pavers only. Not recommended for pavers installed over a solid surface or on surfaces where moisture is unable to dissipate.

Clean Up: Use water and soap to clean sprayer and application tools after use.

Maintenance: Cobble Clean is recommended for routine cleaning. Follow instructions for dilution ratios.

Coverage: 200- 350 sq. ft. per gallon per coat. Coverage will depend on surface porosity, joint width, and method of
application. Second coat will take slightly less product.

Curing

• Dry to Touch: 2 hours
• Recoat: 8 hours
• Full Cure: 48-72 hours

Storage & Shelf Life: Product must be kept in its original, unopened and tightly sealed container. Store in a dry and well-ventilated place with controlled temperature (50- 90° F). Keep sheltered from weather and direct sunlight. In proper storage conditions, the product’s shelf life is 12 months following production (see date on packaging).

Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean and free of any grease, oil, and other potential contaminants before sealing. We
recommend using Cobble™ Clean for degreasing and cleaning; Cobble™ Prep and Cobble™ Oxhide may also be used for removing efflorescence and surface stains. Cobble Coat H2O Wet’s performance is directly related to how thoroughly the surface is
prepared.

Mixing Instructions: Unlike many other sealers, Cobble Coat H2O Wet is a single part sealer, meaning it does not require complicated mixing or diluting. Simply stir before applying. Some separation may occur in the container but will easily mix together.

Application: Before beginning the full application, always test the product in a small, inconspicuous area. This allows you to
verify the final appearance, identify any potential issues, and confirm compatibility if the pavers have been previously sealed. On Bare Surface: One and sometimes two thin coats (2 dry mils) provide the best results on uncoated surfaces. Previously Sealed: One coat is recommended. Do not apply Cobble Coat H2O Wet more frequently than every 12 months to avoid a buildup of sealer.

Cobble Coat H2O Wet can be applied using a pump sprayer or
roller. When using a sprayer, spray by overlapping each pass. Always apply in an even film deposit and maintain a working wet line. When using a roller, apply with a 3/8” to 3/4” nap roller cover. Avoid over rolling and always maintain a wet edge. Do not pool or over apply.

Apply one or two thin coats, allowing the first coat to dry to the touch before applying the second coat. Dry times typically range from 4 to 6 hours depending on temperature, humidity, and other environmental conditions.

Avoid applying excessive material or allowing the sealer to puddle on the surface. If puddles develop, use a dry roller to redistribute the sealer and maintain consistent film thickness.

After application, allow 24- 48 hours before opening the area to light foot traffic and 3- 5 days before exposing the surface to heavy traffic.

Do not apply when the temperature of the air or the surface to be coated is below 50° F. Testing on your surface is always recommended to ensure desired results. Cobble Coat H2O Wet is not recommended for use on surfaces where moisture is unable to dissipate. Brick pavers should be installed a minimum of 28 days before sealing. Read label instructions carefully.
